Not an emergency service
iProtect247 helps you reach people you trust. It is not an emergency service and does not dispatch police, fire or medical responders.
In any life-threatening situation you must contact your local emergency number directly. Never rely on this app as your only means of getting help.
Service availability
Features such as location sharing, alerts and SOS depend on your device, its battery, operating system permissions and network coverage. We cannot guarantee delivery of any alert.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure and accurate.
Only add people to a circle with their knowledge and consent, and follow the law that applies where you are — including the rules on tracking other people.
Do not use the service to harass, stalk or monitor anyone against their will.
Community responders
Responders are community volunteers, not professionals acting on our behalf. We do not guarantee that a responder will be available, will attend, or will be able to help.
