Your city, not your address

Friends see the city you’re in and your status. Live location is off unless you turn it on for a friend, and messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Is this the same as my family circle?

No. Your inner circle is for close friends outside the family. It’s separate from your family circles and their map.

Can my friends see where I am?

They see your city and status. Your exact location is only shared if you turn on live location for that friend.

Why only five?

Because it’s for the people you’d call at 3 AM. Keeping it small keeps it meaningful, and every bond is mutual.

Can iProtect247 read our messages?

No. Messages are end-to-end encrypted on your phones. Our servers store and pass on only the scrambled version.
